Chief Executive Officer
Adil Kadirov serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Fordham Finance Society, where he leads the university’s largest finance organization and drives initiatives that connect students with careers in the finance field. Adil brings industry experience from Two Roads Advisors and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, and he will be joining Bank of America’s Global Investment Banking Division as a TMT Analyst full-time. Beyond his professional pursuits, Adil has held leadership roles across several student organizations, including President of Fordham Model United Nations and Co-Head of the Hedge Funds Group in the Alternative Investments Club. Outside of academics, Adil is a film enthusiast, an avid food rater on Beli, a top national rower in high school, and loves his team: Chelsea FC.

Andrew Benavides is the Chief Operating Officer of the Fordham Finance Society, where he oversees operations, outreach, and programming for one of the university’s most active professional organizations. His professional background focuses on markets and investment analysis, including roles at Standard Chartered (Markets Sales & Trading), The Global Emerging Markets Group (GEM), and IgniteXL Ventures. Andrew has also served as a Strategy Consultant for the Fordham Business Development Collaboratory, helping Bronx-based businesses achieve sustainable growth through data-driven strategies. His diverse experiences across markets, consulting, and entrepreneurship reflect a deep interest in the intersection of global finance and real-world problem-solving.


Erwan Pal

Adam Caar

Erwan pal is Chief Financial Officer of the Fordham Finance Society, where he manages financial planning and contributes to the society’s educational initiatives with a strong analytical background. Erwan brings hands-on investment banking and markets experience through his internships with Independence Point Advisors and Lloyds Banking Group, where he supported capital markets and corporate finance teams. At Fordham, he is also a Portfolio Manager in the Student Managed Investment Fund, overseeing the industrials sector, and a Vice President and Newsletter Director for the Value Investing Club, where he leads a team of 40 contributors producing research distributed to hundreds across the university and industry partners. Outside of his academic and professional life, Erwan enjoys visiting new places, podcasting with his friends, and cooking.

Adam Caar
Arjun Chawla serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of the Fordham Finance Society, where he leads initiatives on long-term vision and strategic growth. Arjun has gained experience across institutional Investment Management and Credit Risk, including internships at Angel Oak Capital Advisors on the Institutional Client team and two roles as a Credit Risk Analyst at Nomura, where he focused on Corporate Credit and Acquisition-Leveraged finance. At Fordham, he was an active member of the Investment Banking Society, serving as a writer on their bi-weekly newsletter for two years. Outside of finance, he is a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC, a Formula One enthusiast, enjoys running, and loves spotting unique supercars around New York City.


Adam Caar
Arya Parekh is the Chief Resource Officer of the Fordham Finance Society, where he oversees partnerships, resources, and member development initiatives. Professionally, he has worked at organizations such as the CME Group, where he served as a Platform Solutions Intern, and at S&P Global, where he gained experience as a Credit Analyst. Apart from his professional experience, he is also the Co-Founder of the Hackey Sack club and is pursuing a major in Finance with a minor in Philosophy, reflecting his commitment to both analytical thinking and broader intellectual exploration. Outside of his academic and professional life, Arya enjoys Muay Thai, fashion, and film photography.

Arjun Malhotra is the Chief Information Officer of the Fordham Finance Society, where he manages the society’s digital strategy, communications, and information systems. Professionally, he has worked at Standard Chartered in its Global Credit Markets, as a Financial Analyst Intern at SC Marwar, and an Investment Banking Intern at Rippledot. At Fordham University, Arjun is also involved in the Alternative Investment Club, Consult Your Community as a Student Consultant, the International Students Association, and the Fordham Golf Club, showcasing his commitment to both professional and personal growth.


Collin serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the Fordham Finance Society. He has gained professional experience as an Accounting Intern to the Corporate Controller at Circus Foodtown, where he supported financial reporting and reconciliation initiatives. At Fordham, Collin is also the Executive Vice President of Scholars of Finance. Co-Vice President and mentor of the Investment Banking Society, and the President of Men’s Club Basketball. In his free time, Collin enjoys cooking and is an avid New York Knicks and Jets fan.
Griffin serves as the Chief Experience Officer of the Fordham Finance Society. He has gained professional experience across equity research, distressed debt, and real estate investing. He is currently an Incoming Equity Research Summer Associate at RBC Capital Markets and previously worked as a Summer Analyst at Carl Marks & Co. and Lexerd Capital Management. At Fordham, Griffin is part of the Global Business Honors Program and serves as a Stock Pitch Mentor for the Value Investing Club. In his free time, Griffin enjoys playing guitar, long-distance running, fitness, and listening to music.

Joseph Lee
Chief Development Officer
Joseph serves as the Chief Development Officer of the Fordham Finance Society. He has gained professional experience across investment banking and private credit, having worked as an Investment Banking Intern at The Rockwell Financial Group and as a Private Credit Summer Analyst at New Mountain Capital. He is also an Incoming 2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst at BNP Paribas. At Fordham, Joseph serves as President of the Scholars of Finance and is an active member of the Investment Banking Society and Freshman Advising Mentor (FAM) program. In his free time, Joseph enjoys Premier League soccer, fitness, playing guitar, listening to podcasts, content creation, and snowboarding.

Robert Boesgaard serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the Fordham Finance Society, where he oversees technology-driven initiatives that enhance the organization’s educational impact. Robert brings a diverse set of experiences across Finance, having held roles at Two Roads Advisors, RF Lafferty & Co., and Energy Innovation Capital. He currently works in the Investment Management Division at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and will join Goldman Sachs as a 2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Beyond his professional experience, Robert is the Co-Vice President for Fordham’s Investment Banking Society and a Resident Advisor for one of Fordham’s ILCs, reflecting a well-rounded blend of leadership, discipline, and creativity.

Helen Beer serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Finance Society, leading branding, outreach, and strategic communication initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement. She brings diverse experience in public service, sustainability, and marketing through her work with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, Accounting for Sustainability Casework, and Novah Media. She enjoys cooking dinners with friends, trying new workouts, and exploring the city.

Tomas Vonder Haas

Tomas Vonder Haar is the Sophomore Head of Relations for the Fordham Finance Society, where he helps foster connections within the campus finance community. Apart from his leadership position, he is currently interning with Gabelli Funds and has volunteered in the past as a tax preparer, gaining practical experience in finance and giving back to the community.

Head of Logistics
Megan Cao is the Head of Logistics for the Fordham Finance Society, where she leads the coordination and execution of high-impact events that connect students with industry professionals and foster a strong finance community on campus. Megan is also the Co-Freshman Representative of Ascend, empowering future Pan-Asian business leaders through culturally associated business workshops. She is also an active member of Smart Woman Securities, where she develops her investment analysis skills, and the Asian Culture Exchange, promoting cross-cultural understanding and community within Fordham University.

Vedant Menon serves as a Co-Treasurer of the Fordham Finance Society, managing budgets and supporting the club’s financial initiatives. Vedant’s experience includes roles as a Broadcast Camera Operator for Fordham Athletics, an AI Intern at the Fordham Gen AI Startup Incubator, where he developed AI-driven tools for financial analysis, and a member of the Undergraduate Student Government (USG).

Kieran Frank
Co-Head of Freshman Relations
Arav Prajapati serves as the Head of Operations for the Fordham Finance Society, where he leads the coordination and execution of impactful events that connect students with industry professionals and strengthen the campus finance community. Beyond the Finance Society, he is a Club Baseball player, a Golf coach, and the Co-Founder of Pockets of Love, a community initiative dedicated to giving back.

Kieran Frank serves as Co-Head of Freshman Relations for the Fordham Finance Society, where he helps coordinate outreach, mentorship, and programming for incoming students interested in finance. He currently works as a Private Equity Fall Analyst at Next Haven Group, gaining hands-on experience in investment analysis, deal evaluation, and market research. At Fordham, Kieran is actively involved in the Investment Banking Society, Scholars of Finance, Alternative Investments Club, and Value Investing Club. Outside the classroom, he enjoys playing intramural basketball, chess, and following his favorite New York Teams, the Knicks and Giants.

Luke Sitek serves as one of the Co-Treasurers of the Fordham Finance Society, where he oversees financial planning and budgeting to support the organization’s initiatives and events. He is currently a Private Equity Fall Analyst at Great Elm Partners, gaining hands-on experience in investment analysis and portfolio management. In addition to his finance-focused roles, Luke contributes to the Fordham community as a member of the Mentorship Subcommittee on the Gabelli School of Business Dean’s Council, where he helps foster professional development and engagement among students.

Luca Ermoli serves as the Co-Head of Freshman Relations for the Fordham Finance Society, where he helps coordinate outreach and programming for first-year students in the society. He previously interned at Hager & Partners in Milan, gaining hands-on experience in accounting and financial analysis, and has held additional internship roles in both real estate and investment firms.

Coffee Dinh serves as the Secretary of the Fordham Finance Society, where he helps coordinate events, manage communications, and support initiatives that foster student engagement with the finance industry. Last year, he interned at Techcom Securities (TCBS), a leading Vietnamese stock company, where he gained hands-on experience in sales, data analysis, and product development. Outside of work, Coffee is passionate about trading and boxing, often finding parallels between discipline in the ring and decision-making in markets. He’s also into photography, poker, and Anime, always eager to discuss creative expression and how it relates to finance, focus, and storytelling.
