Please join us in celebrating the Fordham GBA team’s victory in the NYSSA Investment Research Challenge!
As many of you know, on February 24th, Fordham University’s very own Thomas Messineo, Alex Lik Han Ng, Jonathan Ball, and Ravi Misra triumphed over many other leading national business schools in the 8th Annual NYSSA Investment Research Challenge. The competition involved extreme dedication by the team members spanning several months to create a winning analysis, recommendation, and presentation. Subsequently, the team has qualified to compete internationally in the CFA Institute’s Global Investment Research Challenge in Hong Kong on April 17th.
We are honored to announce that the members of Fordham’s winning team will be presenting their experiences and holding a Q&A session on Tuesday, March 30st. They hope to share with students interested in participating in future NYSSA challenges a road map for composing a financial recommendation and its accompanying report, and to convey the importance of quantitative and qualitative research skills that are easily transferable and valuable to other finance related fields.
